I am sorry if your order is missing, however after the order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it. There will be tracking available to all orders after the order is placed. Feel free to reach out to me still for any missing orders and we will try to figure things out.

Once products are sold out, I will need to restock or make them so please understand that there is a 2-3 week processing time for non sticker orders. Clay Items will be made to order for at the moment. Stickers will be processing within 7-10 business days. Thank you for being understanding!

All purchases are final and can not be returned. Refunds will only be given out on a case by case bases, however there will me no refunds after 30 days had passed from purchase.
